Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

What are your rates?
We work in teams of three and four and charge an hourly rate of $29.00 per team member. Typical rates for maintenance level, standard services on an every other week basis are:
Less than 1100 sq.ft - $65.25
1200-1400 sq.ft. - $72.50
1400-1800 sq.ft. - $79.25
1900-2100 sq.ft. - $87.00
2200-2500 sq.ft. - $94.25
2600-2800 sq.ft. - $101.50
2900-3100 sq.ft. - $116.00
3200-4000 sq.ft. - $123.25- $145.00

How is the regular rate set?
The regular rate is determined on the third cleaning. In most cases, the initial clean takes 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 times as long as maintenance level cleaning. The second cleaning usually takes longer than maintenance level as a certain amount of dust resettles after initial clean. Assuming the scope of the job remains consistant the time/price of third cleaning for weekly, every other week or every four week clients is considered maintenance level and will determine set rate for ongoing service.
May I cap the time for the initial clean?
Absolutely! We are happy to work within your budget. We often arrive at maintenance level cleaning over numerous visits rather than three. We ask that you clearly define your priorities.
Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
We are licensed through the Town of Cary. Our company is bonded. We have a $1,000.000.00 comprehensive liability insurance package. Our staff is covered by Workmen's Compensation Insurance.
Will I have difficulty communicating clearly with the team due to language barriers?
No. The majority of our staff speak English.
Will the same team clean my home each time?
Absolutely.Our experience has proven the team's familiarity of your home and your familiarity with the team create a pleasant experience for all.
Are you pet friendly?
Of course. Pets are a part of the family in a large percentage of the homes we service. We take utmost care to honor your requests in regard to your animals or birds.
Do you offer carpet cleaning?
Yes! We use the Von Schrader LMX Low Moisture Soil Extraction System, a carpet cleaning system that uses dry foam (not gallons of water!). It’s different than any other carpet cleaning method because it gets the deep down dirt without soaking, shrinking, mildewing, warping, or molding….learn more.
